The Punchers Class- Learn the proper footwork, form and technique to throwing punches. The is the how to class of SWEAT Boxing. In addition to learning the basics you will also be taught how to put punches together in combinations while applying slips, rolls and effective counter punching. Don't be fooled this class is no joke. You will throw bunches of punches.

The Boxers Workout- Train like a boxer! This is what the boxers do. In this class the training regiment will consist of jumping rope, shadow boxing, hitting the heavy bag, putting specific combinations together and enhancing your footwork. This is a great class to experience it all.

20/20/20- Get ready to work!!! Here's what you'll get. 20 minutes of leg and footwork, 20 minutes of hitting the heavy bag and 20 minutes of dumbell and ab work. This is a fun and exciting class.

Kickboxing Class-55 minutes of kicks and punches. As always we work on technique first but get ready to put together great combinations as you blast the heavy bags for the best workout in St. Louis.
